While I’ll guide you with tools, labs, and practices tailored to your unique design, your active participation is what brings transformation to life. The choices you make each day—what you nourish yourself with, how you move, rest, and regulate your energy—are all part of your healing journey.

Even after symptoms ease, this work supports long-term balance and helps prevent future imbalances. The more you integrate what we uncover into your daily rhythm, the more you’ll learn to live in alignment with your body’s wisdom. 

For your best results, keep a few things in mind:

→ Arrive prepared and grounded. Take a few deep breaths before logging in and find a quiet space where you can be fully present.
→ Bring a notebook or journal. Reflection helps anchor new insights and track shifts between sessions.
→ Complete any pre-session forms or labs so our time together can focus on interpretation and integration.
→ Stay hydrated and nourished. A light meal and plenty of water help support energy flow and focus.
→ Turn off distractions. Silence notifications and close unrelated tabs to honor this sacred space for healing.
→ Share honestly. Bring any changes, sensations, or emotions you’ve noticed since your last session.
→ Integrate between sessions. Follow your personalized recommendations and notice what shifts.
→ Celebrate small wins. Healing unfolds in layers—each step forward is progress toward balance and alignment.
